At Enzo Clothing Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
